Declaration that Part of the Waikaia Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Change of Purpose of the Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waikaia Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for local purpose (site for a public hall).

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Ocean Grove Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation, described in the Schedule hereto, to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Ocean Grove Domain to be administered as a public domain by the domain board.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated)

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for a kindergarten site to a reserve for a site for an intellectually handicapped children's centre, and further, vests the said reserve in the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), in trust, for that purpose.

Declaration of Easement Agreement Under the Forests Act 1949—Right to Draw and Pipe Water In, Over, and From Hira State Forest 199 (Nelson Conservancy)

Pursuant to section 15 (2A) of the Forests Act 1949 as enacted by section 3 (3) of the Forests Amendment Act 1971, the Minister of Forests, being satisfied as to the sufficiency of such agreement, hereby declares:

1. That an agreement granting to Alistair James Murdoch, farmer, of Hira, and Gladys May Murdoch, his wife, the right to draw from and pipe water over the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto has been entered into between the said Alistair James Murdoch and Gladys May Murdoch as grantee and Her Majesty the Queen as grantor.

2. That such agreement may be inspected at the office of the Conservator of Forests at Nelson which agreement and the terms and conditions thereof are designated grant of easement in respect of right of water by pipeline, Hira State Forest 199.

3. That a plan marked pipe-line easement defining thereon the said easement is attached to such agreement and may be inspected in such office.

4. That the date upon which such agreement becomes effective, being the date of execution of the agreement is the 24th day of June 1975.
