Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council: Establishment of Nelson Provincial Arts Council as a Community Arts Council
PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Central Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Central Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Nelson Provincial Arts Council for the following duly defined area:
Nelson City, Richmond Borough, Waimea County, Motueka Borough, Golden Bay County.
Dated at Wellington this 5th day of March 1976.

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Central Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Central Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Napier and District Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:
The Hawke’s Bay County north of the Ngaruroro River and including the City of Napier.
