Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Appointment of the Strathallan County Council to Control and Manage

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block I, Manapouri Survey District, Wallace County
Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Wallace County Council pursuant to the said section 191B and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
Cancellation of the Vesting in the Manawatu County Council Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Appointment of the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board to Control and Manage
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Council-lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manawatu and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for ferry purposes to a reserve for soil conservation and river control purposes, and further, appoints the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of a Reserve in the Marlborough Catchment Board
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Marlborough Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the reserve in the Marlborough Catchment Board, in trust, for soil conservation and river control purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Buller County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
