National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 18 July 1975* pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963 declaring that part of No. 60 State Highway (Richmond to Collingwood) from the Motueka Borough Boundary to its junction with Dehra Doon Road as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan LA 54/58/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 60 State Highway over half its width of the road reserve commencing at the point of junction of the southern boundary of Lot 4 of D.P. 3952 with the highway boundary and extending northwards for 140 metres to allow the subdivision to be registered.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1975–76 Season Declared (No. 1370 Ag. 3563)
PURSUANT to section 27 (7) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971, notice is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for all apples and pears purchased by the Board from growers during the 1975–76 season shall be 7.848 cents per kilogram of bare fruit ungraded and unpacked and delivered by the grower to the receiving depot of the Board nearest to the orchard on which the fruit was grown.
