Amending the Foreshore Licence Authorising the Waitemata County Council to Occupy a Site for a Wharf at Paremoremo, Waitemata Harbour
PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of the powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 29 May 1973* authorising the Waitemata County Council to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Paremoremo, Waitemata Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14981, as a site for a wharf is hereby amended by deleting the expression "Waitemata County Council" and substituting the expression "Takapuna City Council" wherever it appears.

Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) at Frankton
PURSUANT to the National Roads Act 1953 and the Transport Act 1962, the National Roads Board makes the following bylaw.
BYLAW

This bylaw may be cited as the National Roads Board Bylaw 1976, No. 1.

This bylaw shall come into force on 1 March 1976.

In this bylaw "vehicle" has the meaning assigned to it in the Transport Act 1962.

No person shall drive or take or permit to be driven or taken any vehicle upon or over No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) in the county town of Frankton, Lake County, from the junction of No. 6 State Highways westerly for a distance of 1100 metres during the period from 1 March 1976 to 30 April 1976, both dates inclusive, at a speed in excess of 50 km/h.

Every person who commits an offence against this bylaw is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $100.
This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on the 18th day of February 1976.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 February 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill) from Blenheim Borough Boundary, Rose Street, to its junction with Roushill Street in the town of Renwick, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA 54/38/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 February 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 85 State Highway (Palmerston to Alexandra) from approximately 800 metres north of its junction with Springvale Road to the northern boundary of the Borough of Alexandra, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA 71/106/4 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Alexandra, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 February 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 60 State Highway (Richmond-Collingwood) from its junction with Dickers Road to the boundary of Motueka Borough, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA 54/57/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 February 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from its junction with Smaill Road to the northern boundary of Balclutha Borough, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan LA 72/20/7 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 13 December 1973, Gazette, No. 121, 19 December 1973, p. 2768, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963 declaring that part of No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton to Woodville via New Plymouth) from the south side of Ohaupo to the northern boundary of Te Awamutu, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 10 of plans M.O.W. 35733 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the Ohaupo to Te Awamutu section of State Highway 3 (Hamilton-Palmerston North via New Plymouth) for a width of 20 metres and for a length of 8 metres commencing from a point 133 metres measured along the boundary in a southerly direction from the commencing point of the limited access road.
