Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Paparua County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

State Forest Land Set Apart as a Recreation Area

PURSUANT to section 63 of the Forests Act 1949, the Minister of Forests hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation area available for public recreation but subject to the following conditions-

(1) That no person may camp on or remain overnight in the recreation area.

(2) That no unauthorised person may enter into the land with any firearm or any like device capable of propelling a missile of any type, or with any trap or snare of any type.
