Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block I, Waitapu
Survey District, Golden Bay County, to be Road
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori
Land Court by an order dated the 6th day of February
1973 to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors
and Inhabitants of the County of Golden Bay.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods and 35.5
perches, situated in Block 1, Waitapu Survey District, Golden
Bay County, and being part of part 1 of Section 193, District
of Takaka; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27380 (S.O. 11089)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of February 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori
Land Court by order dated the 16th day of March 1972,
to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Whakatane.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day
of March 1976.

Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otaki as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of
March 1976.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 22.7 perches
(1,585 square metres), situated in Block VIII, Waitohu Survey
