${*}\begin{aligned} & \text { PURSUANT to section } 70 A \text { of the Petroleum Act } 1937, \text { I, Sir } \ & \text { Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, } \ & \text { hereby partially revoke the Proclamation dated the } 14 \text { th day } \ & \text { of August } 1975, \text { and published in Gazette, } 14 \text { August } 1975, \ & p .1788, \text { defining portion of the middle line of the Oaonui- } \ & \text { Auckland Pipeline (Oaonui-Mokau River section) in the } \ & \text { Egmont, Taranaki, and Clifton counties, and hereby proclaim } \ & \text { and declare that the aforesaid Proclamation is revoked in as } \ & \text { far as it affects the lands situated within the limits of the } \ & \text { areas shown marked on the plan marked M.P.P. } 13 / 15 / 5 \ & \text { referred to in the Schedule hereto. } \end{aligned}$

${*}\begin{aligned} & \text { PURSUANT to section } 70 A \text { of the Petroleum Act } 1937, \text { I, Sir } \ & \text { Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, } \ & \text { hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of portion } \ & \text { of the Oaonui-Auckland Pipeline (Oaonui-Mokau River } \ & \text { section) in Blocks III and VI, Cape Survey District, shall } \ & \text { be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and } \ & \text { I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the } \ & \text { lands situated within the limits of the areas shown marked } \ & \text { on the plan marked MPP 13/15/5 Amendment—September } \ & 1975 \text { referred to in the said Schedule. } \end{aligned}$
