PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing Tauranga County Council to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp on the Wairoa River
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Tauranga County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed and foreshore of the Wairoa River as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 148 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1976.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 10c payable on demand, provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Appointment of the Public Trustee as Manager Under Part V of the Public Trust Office Act 1957
PURSUANT to section 80 (1) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Public Trustee hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of February 1976, and pursuant to the provisions of Part V of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, an order was made by the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington appointing the Public Trustee manager of the estate of Richard Warren Hay whose last known address was at Ivanhoe Road, R.D. 2, Duncdin, whose present whereabouts are unknown.

Narcotics Act 1965—Notice of Authorisation
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, acting under section 13 (1) of the Narcotics Act 1965, has authorised Vanda Margaret Hulls, Public Health Pharmacist, of Wellington, to enter the premises of any person who carries on the business of a producer, manufacturer, seller, or distributor of any narcotic, or who otherwise undertakes the supply or administration of any narcotic, and to demand the production of, and to inspect any books or documents relating to dealings in any narcotic and to inspect, weigh, measure, and record the stocks of narcotics.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 1 rood and 8.33 perches, more or less, situated west of and adjoining Thomson Street in the Borough of Alexandra, being Lot 2, D.P. 4328, and being part Section 1, Block XXXIX, Town of Alexandra, C.T. 383/61 (Otago Registry).
