New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement
PURSUANT to Article 3 of the New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement 1965, the products listed in the following Schedule have been nominated by New Zealand and Australia for addition to Schedule A.
Prior to formal inclusion in Schedule A, interested persons or firms are invited to make representations in support of or against any nominated product or products. The representations should be forwarded to the Secretary, Department of Trade and Industry, Private Bag, Wellington, not later than 26 April 1976, and the appropriate inquiries will be conducted. The companies making such representations will be advised of the nature of the inquiries and the form in which submissions should be lodged. In those cases where the inquiries result in a decision to include the goods in Schedule A, and where the Australian Government is in agreement, such inclusion will be effected at the earliest practicable date.
Products on which no representations against inclusion in Schedule A have been received by 26 April 1976 will be added to the Schedule on 1 July 1976, provided the Australian Government agrees.

New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement
PURSUANT to Article 3 of the New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement Act 1965, the products in the following list will be deemed to have been added to Schedule A of the Agreement on 1 January 1976. Duties, where applicable, on these products in both Australia and New Zealand, will be reduced and eliminated in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Agreement.
