Declaring Land and Rights of Way Taken for Railway Purposes (Mount Te Kopahou Communications Site) at Wellington
PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes together with the rights of way appurtenant thereto created by transfers No. 783083 and No. 783085, and a right of way easement, as defined in section 90D of the Land Transfer Act 1952, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for railway purposes on and after the 24th day of February 1976.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Vested in Block VI, Wakanui Survey District, Ashburton County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Patrick Joseph McCosker and Hugh Eamonn McCosker, of Ashburton, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 559480, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for a service lane, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with a service lane and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a parking place and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Upper Hutt from and after the 26th day of February 1976.
