PURSUANT to section 59 of the Defence Act 1971, the Minister of Defence hereby approves the following appointments, promotions, extensions, relinquishments, cancellations, transfers, and resignations of Officers of the New Zealand Cadet Forces.
SEA CADET CORPS
Appointment
Blair Bruce Binnie is appointed to a commission in the rank of Sub Lieutenant with effect from 9 November 1975.
Promotions
Sub Lieutenant R. C. Hunter to be Lieutenant with effect from 11 January 1976.
Ensign P. W. Dacombe-Bird to be Sub Lieutenant with effect from 27 January 1976.
Sub Lieutenant E. L. Wilson to be Lieutenant with effect from 15 January 1976.
Resignations
Lieutenant Mervyn Leslie St Clare resigns his commission with effect from 11 December 1975.
Ensign Bruce Spencer resigns his commission with effect from 18 December 1975.
AIR TRAINING CORPS
Appointments
Flying Officer John Allan Waters is appointed Unit Commander with effect from 2 January 1976.
Pilot Officer Ronald James Rawson is appointed Unit Commander with effect from 31 January 1976.

Temp. Flight Lieutenant R. W. Brown to be Flight Lieutenant with effect from 24 January 1976.
Relinquishments
Flying Officer Evan Cameron McFarlane relinquishes his appointment as Unit Commander No. 64 (Kaitaia) ATC Squadron with effect from 1 January 1976.
Flight Lieutenant Murray John Lind relinquishes his appointment as Unit Commander No. 16 (Tauranga) ATC Squadron with effect from 30 January 1976.
