Appointment to the Privy Council

An announcement has been made by the Office of the British Prime Minister, 10 Downing Street, London, dated 25 February 1976, that The Queen has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Honourable Robert David Muldoon, Prime Minister, as a Member of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.

Dated at Auckland this 25th day of February 1976.

Land Taken for Road in Block X, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Raglan as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of February 1976.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block X, Alexandra Survey District, described as follows:

Revoking a Proclamation Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Graham Bing in Block XIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 1st day of May 1964, and published in Gazette 21 May 1964, Volume II at page 835, proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Graham Bing, in Block XIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of February 1976.
