At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December 1975
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs
the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such
land being no longer required for the purpose for which it
was acquired.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 1 rood 3 perches,
situated in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District, being
Lot 2, D.P. 26043, and being part Pukemaukuku Block. Part
certificate of title, Volume 1001, folio 298.

Constitution of the Waitemata Hydatids Control District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waitemata Hydatids
    Control District Order 1975.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after
    the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The area comprising the City of Waitemata as from
    time to time constituted is hereby declared to be a hydatids
    control district to be called the Waitemata Hydatids Control
    District.
  3. The Waitemata City Council is hereby appointed the
    hydatids control authority for the Waitemata Hydatids Control
    District.

    Public Service Appeal Board Membership Member Reappointed
    PURSUANT to section 61 of the State Services Act 1962
    Joseph Charles Corbishley
    retired public servant, has been reappointed as the official
    member of the Public Service Appeal Board for a further
    term of 3 years from the 1st day of January 1976.

    PURSUANT to section 31 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction
    Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby
    appoints:
    Frank Wallace White (Hawke's Bay);
    Samuel George Crowhurst Newdick (Southern Hawke's
    Bay); and
    John Funeyhough Pearson (Wairarapa)
    to be members of the above mentioned Pest Destruction
    Boards vice B. Grindell, T. Hynes, and W. McBean respectively.

    to be honorary launch warden for purposes of the Motor
    Launch Regulations 1962.
