A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori land Court by order dated the 15th day of June 1965 to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otorohanga.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 25 perches, situated in Block IX, Kawhia North Survey District, Otorohanga County, and being part Maketu (B2 and B1B 3A) 2 Roadway; as shown on plan M.L. 20398 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon coloured pink.
