Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Ohope Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for scenic purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Ohope Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

ALLOTMENT 671 (formerly part Allotment 573) Waimana Parish, situated in Block II, Whakatane Survey District: area, 1622 square metres, more or less (S.O. Plan 48380).

Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council—Designation of Administrative Local Authority for Dunedin Civic Arts Council

Pursuant to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, I hereby designate the Dunedin City Council to be the administrative local authority in respect of the Dunedin Civic Arts Council.

The Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 1 1976

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962 the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1976.

  2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purpose of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

  3. So much of the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 2, 1975, dated the 12th day of December 1975† and under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956* which relates to Butley Drive is hereby revoked.
