Cancellation of the Vesting in the West Coast Hospital
Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over Parts of
a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the West Coast Hospital
Board over the land described in the First and Second
Schedules hereto and revokes the reservation over that part
of the reserve for a site for a hospital described in the First
Schedule hereto, and further, revokes the reservation over
that part of the reserve for addition to a site for a public
hospital described in the Second Schedule hereto.
