CORRIGENDUM
In the notice headed Industrial Relations Act 1973—Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union, published in New Zealand Gazette, 29 January 1976, No. 10, page 221, for "New Zealand Private Hotel Keepers' Association Industrial Union of Employers" read "New Zealand Private Hotel Keepers' Industrial Association of Employers", which last-mentioned name appears in the original notice signed by the Registrar of Industrial Unions.

Land Taken for Road in Block VII, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Hokianga, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1976.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Mangamuka Survey District, described as follows:

0 0 1.6 Part Orira Block; coloured yellow on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 42301 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Adding Land to Abel Tasman National Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 20th day of January 1976
Present:
The Hon. R. D. Muldoon Presiding in Council
Pursuant to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Abel Tasman National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Abel Tasman National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—GOLDEN BAY COUNTY
Sections 15, 20, 26, 27, and 34, Block IV, Takaka Survey District, and Section 14, Block XI, Waitapu Survey District. Total area: 899.7404 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plans 4917, 5921, 7547 and 11868).

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Whangaroa County Council to reclaim from the bed of the Whangaroa Harbour an area of 3 acres 1 rood 14 perches (1.3506 ha), more or less, of Crown land as shown coloured yellow on plan M.D.
