BOROUGH OF OTAHUHU
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
The Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otahuhu hereby give notice, in accordance with the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments thereto, of their intention to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of public works; namely the creation of an access way between Mason Avenue and Nikau Road, Otahuhu.
Every person directly affected by this notice is called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the land described in the Schedule hereto, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within forty (40) days after first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington.
Any objection, made in accordance with section 22 (1) (d) of the Public Works Act 1928, as amended by section 6 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1973, will be heard at a public hearing unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
This notice is issued in accordance with the Public Works Act 1928.
SCHEDULE
The formed footpath connecting Mason Avenue and Nikau Road, Otahuhu, being, all that parcel of land containing 5.5 perches, more or less, and being the land shown coloured red and marked right of way on deposited plan No. 16590, and being the residue of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 375, folio 168 (Auckland Registry).

UNDER SECTION 78 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955
I, Reginald Leslie Codd, Assistant Registrar of Companies, at Auckland, do certify that an Order of Court dated the 6th day of November 1975, sanctioning Scheme of Arrangement and confirming reduction of capital of FLETCHER HOLDINGS LTD. the Court approved the following minute:
“Following the sanction of a Scheme of Arrangement on the 6th day of November 1975 whereby each of the existing 100,000 6 percent cumulative preference shares of $1.00 each and each of the 1,000,000 5 percent “C” cumulative preference shares of $1.00 each were cancelled and in exchange therefor 373,333 ordinary shares of $1.00 each credited as fully paid up were issued with a consequent reduction of share capital of $726.667 the capital of Fletcher Holdings Ltd. is as follows:
“Authorised capital—$48,000,000.
“Issued and paid-up capital—$26,695,414 divided into 26,695,414 ordinary shares of $1.00 each having been reduced from $27,422,081 divided into 100,000 6 percent cumulative preference shares of $1.00 each 1,000,000 5 percent “C” cumulative preference shares of $1.00 each and 26,322,081 ordinary shares of $1.00 each.”

Notice is hereby given that an order made by the Honourable Mr Justice Moller in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, on the 19th day of December 1975, for reduction of the share capital of the above-named company by distribution of its share premium account of $23,750 and other incidental orders relative thereto were registered by the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, on the 9th day of January 1976, together with a minute relative thereto in the form approved by the Court.
