Maori Land Development Notice
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice, Whangarei, 1976, No. 5. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto. -
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreation,
sports, meeting, and bathing place and place of historical
interest for the descendants of Rahui Kiri.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block 1 of the Rodney
Survey District and described as follows:

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto,
is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose
of an urupa of special historic significance for the common
use and benefit of Ngati Tuwharetoa.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block IX, Rangitaiki
Upper Survey District, and described as follows:

0 2 00 Part 39A, Section 4, Parish of Matata, as
described in Partition Order of the Maori
Land Court dated 22nd June 1926, and as
delineated on a plan held by the Registrar
of the Waiariki District of the Maori Land
Court at Rotorua.
