Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in the Borough of Kaikohe

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 5th day of February 1976.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 621 square metres, situated in the Borough of Kaikohe, and being Section 53, Block XV, Omapere Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 50666 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

The Dunstan High School Board of Governors Notice 1976

Pursuant to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Dunstan High School Board of Governors Notice 1976.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.

2. The Board of Governors of Dunstan High School shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the Otago Education Board;
   (b) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
   (c) One member elected by the members of the school committees of the Alexandra School, the Blacks School, the Clyde School, the Lauder Railways School, the Omakau School, and the Terrace School;
   (d) One member appointed by the Central Otago Executive of the Women's Division of the Federated Farmers and the Central Otago Federation of the Country Women's Institute; and
   (e) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.

3. The Dunstan High School Board of Governors Notice 1973* is hereby revoked.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Park Road: from the south-eastern boundary of Te Awamutu Borough to a point 480 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said road from the said boundary.
