Portions of a Public Domain and Public Reserve Set Apart for a State Primary School in the Borough of Queenstown and Lake County

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a State primary school from and after the 5th day of February 1976.

Declaring Land Taken for the University of Otago in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land firstly described, to a limited drainage right appurtenant to Section 2 and parts of Sections 1 and 3, Block XXXVI, Town of Dunedin, reserved by outstanding conveyance No. 84135 and subject, as to the land secondly described, to grant of right of use and maintain a drain through land so described contained in Grant No. 46544, for the University of Otago from and after the 5th day of February 1976.
