PURSUANT to sections 7 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby appoint

as Honorary Assistant Harbourmaster for Milford Sound and the appointment of
Archibald Withington* and
Ian Robert Smyth†
as Honorary Assistant Harbourmasters for Milford Sound are hereby revoked.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block IX, Township of Sandon, for a State Primary School
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for a State primary school the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be included in the site of the adjoining Cheltenham School; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Feilding and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
