(a) On every Christmas Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On every New Year's Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing shall be 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Manawatu Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Manawatu Licensing Committee on 16 December 1976 made orders authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further, authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises specified in the Schedule below:
(a) On every New Year's Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing shall be 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee on 9 December 1976 made orders authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further, authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises specified in the Schedule below:
(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On every Christmas Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On every New Year's Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 0.30 o'clock in the morning on New Year's Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—King Country Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the King Country Licensing Committee on 17 December made an order authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Chateau Tongariro at Mount Ruapehu:
(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On every Friday and Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) for the period 1st October to 31st May (both days inclusive) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On every Friday and Saturday for the period 1 June to 30 September (both days inclusive) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o'clock in the evening.
(d) On every Christmas Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o'clock in the evening.
(e) On every New Year's Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.
