Appointment of Trustees of Oates Private Burial Ground

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Burial and Cremation Act
1964, I, Charles Maxwell Collins, Director of the Division of
Public Health in the Department of Health, acting pursuant
to a delegation from the Minister of Health under section 9
of the Health Act 1956, hereby appoint:

Bonsall Oates Budd, of Eastbourne, engineer, and
Raymond Frederick Watters, of Days Bay, lecturer
to be trustees of the Oates Burial Ground in place of Henry
Oates and Alexander Joseph Milsom Oates, who have died.
