CORRIGENDUM
In the notice, dated the 10th day of August 1976, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 95, 26 August 1976, page 1977, headed “Land Held for a Secondary School and the Purposes of a Secondary School (Caretaker’s Residence) set apart for a Residence established under the Children and Young Persons Act 1974 in the City of Palmerston North” for the words “an institution” read the words “a residence” which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

Land Taken for Road in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 22nd day of December 1976.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 23.5 perches, situated in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, and being part Allotment 63, Ruakaka Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 45231, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of November 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the District of Waitomo as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1976.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land described as follows:

1360 Part Te Kumi A21 Block; marked ‘A’ on plan.
4980 Part Te Kumi A29 Block; marked ‘E’ on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 47310, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Pursuant to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Disabled Citizens Society (Waikato Branch) Incorporated Order 1976.
  2. The Disabled Citizens Society (Waikato Branch) Incorporated, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour, under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its sheltered workshops at Bryant Road, Hamilton, from—
