NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR SANITARY WORKS
Collection and Disposal of Refuse

NOTICE is hereby given that the Morrinsville Borough Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928, to take for sanitation works (collection and disposal
of refuse) the land described in the Schedule hereto (together
with and subject to the easements therein specified); and
notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Mor-
rinsville Borough Council, Canada Street, Morrinsville, and
is there open for inspection; and that all persons directly
affected by the taking of the said land should if they have
any objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make
a written objection and send it within forty (40) days of
the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country
Planning Appeal Board at Wellington, and that if any objec-
tion is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing
of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VI of the Maunga-
kawa Survey District, containing three decimal seven four
five nought hectares (3.7450 ha) or thereabouts, being part
of the Maungatapu D3C Block, and being part of the land
comprised in certificate of title, 9D/1413 (South Auckland
Registry) together with right of way appurtenant thereto,
created by S. 434098 and P.R. 243/37, and subject to right
of way created by S. 434248, such land being more par-
ticularly shown on the plan above mentioned, lodged at the
office of the Morrinsville Borough Council, Canada Street,
Morrinsville.

The land is situated in the Piako County to the south
of the Morrinsville Borough sewerage oxidation pond and
is located on the western side of Roache Road along a right
of way from such road.

OTAKI BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

PURSUANT to section 13 (2) (or section 38) of the Local
Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a
poll of the ratepayers of the Otaki Borough, taken on the
30th day of October 1976, on the proposal of the above-
named local authority to raise a loan of $2,100,000, to be
known as “The Sewerage Loan 1976”, for the purpose of
providing oxidation ponds, main trunk, and reticulation for
a full sewerage scheme for Otaki Borough, and reimburs-
ing the district fund account amounts previously expended
for this purpose, resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 886.
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 246.
The number of informal votes was 8.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

day of November 1976, on a proposal to change the system
of rating in the Ohaupo community from rating on the
capital value system to rating on the land value system was
as follows:

hereto, has been classified under the soil conservation and
Rivers Control Act 1941, and the classification is deemed a
valid classification as from the date on which this notice
is first published, namely 15 December 1976.
