WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL
TAHUNA-OHINEWAI ROAD

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County
Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit,
the construction of a public road for which purpose the
lands, described in the First Schedule hereto, are required
to be taken for the purposes of a road, the lands, described
in the Second Schedule hereto are required, to be taken
for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and the
portions of road, described in the Third Schedule hereto,
are to be stopped by council. The said taking of the land
for road and the taking of the land for the use convenience
or enjoyment of a road are to be taken under the pro-
visions of the Public Works Act 1928, and the said stopping
of the portions of road are to be stopped under the pro-
visions of the Counties Act 1956. A plan of the lands and
road required to be taken and stopped as aforesaid lies open
to public inspection at the office of the council in Clyde
Street, Hamilton East. Every person directly affected is hereby
called upon to set forth in writing any objection he or she
may wish to make to the execution of such work or to
the taking of such land or to the stopping of such roads,
not being an objection to the amount or payment of com-
pensation, and send such written objections in the case
of the taking actions, to the Town and Country Planning
Appeal Board, Wellington, within 40 days of the first publi-
cation of this notice. All persons objecting to the stopping
of the portions of road must lodge their objections in writing
at the office of the council within 40 days of the first
publication of this notice also. A public hearing of the
objections will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires,
and each objector will be advised of the time and place of
the hearing.

CLARKE AND DENIZE ROAD

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the con-
struction of a public road for which purposes the land,
described in the First Schedule hereto, required to be taken
for the purposes of the road and the portions of road, described
in the Second Schedule hereto, are to be stopped. The said
taking of the land for road is under the provisions of the
Public Works Act 1928, and the said stopping of the portions
of road are to be under the provisions of the Counties Act
1956. A plan of the lands to be taken and the road to be
stopped as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the
office of the council in Great South Road, Ngaruawahia.
Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to set
