Price Order No. 35 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 25
(Spirits and Beer))
PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Peter Edward
Donovan, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of
Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:
-
This order may be cited as Price Order No. 35 and
shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order
No. 25* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order). -
This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
January 1977. -
The principal order is hereby amended by revoking
clause 7 of the principal order and substituting the following
clause: -
Subject to the provisions of this order, the maximum
price that may be charged shall be—
For each standard measure of spirits sold in public bars
in premises licensed under the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 or
sold in public bars administered by any Licensing Trust:

Licensing Onawei Farms Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Launch
Landing at Kaihu Creek, Dargaville
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit Onawei Farms Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee,
which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless
the context requires a different construction) to use and
occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Kaihu Creek at
Dargaville, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10171 and de-
posited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auck-
land, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a launch land-
ing as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence* of
29 July 1974 authorising Franich Brothers Ltd. to occupy
a site for a launch landing at Kaihu Creek, Dargaville,
and assigned† to Munro Leslie Lambly on 8 June 1976,
is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall
as far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 9 years from the
1st day of June 1976.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be fifteen
dollars ($15) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be forty dollars ($40) provided always that the Minister
may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first
year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing the Kerikeri Cruising Club to Occupy a Site for
a Boat Grid at Doves Bay, Kerikeri Inlet
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit the Kerikeri Cruising Club (hereinafter called
the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns
unless the context requires a different construction) to use
and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea
at Doves Bay, Kerikeri Inlet, as shown on plan marked
M.D. (N) 236 and deposited in the office of the Ministry
of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintain-
ing thereon a boat grid as shown on the said plan, such
licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE

The Motor Launch (Manawatu River) Notice 1976—Manawatu
Catchment Board
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give
the following notice:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch
(Manawatu River) Notice 1976.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its
publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- The areas described in the First and Second Schedules
hereto shall be exempted from the regulations specified in those
Schedules, and the area described in the Third Schedule hereto
shall be a reserved area for water skiing, in each case for a
period of 1 year, excepting thereout 1 week prior to any
duck shooting season, and the first week of any such season
and such areas shall be marked in the manner described in
the Fourth Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in the Manawatu River from the
lower end of the Whirikino Cut to the river mouth, except
within 60 metres of the water’s edge at the river banks, shall
be exempted from regulations 11 (b) and 11 (c) of the Motor
Launch Regulations 1962.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in the Manawatu River from the
Whirikino trestle bridge to a point marked with a notice board
approximately 2.4 kilometres upstream shall be exempted from
regulations 11 (b) and 11 (c), 12 (b) and 12 (c) of the
Motor Launch Regulations 1962.
THIRD SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in the Manawatu River from the
Whirikino trestle bridge to a point marked with a notice board
1.2 kilometres approximately downstream.
FOURTH SCHEDULE
SUITABLE notices shall be erected at the limits of the areas,
described in the foregoing Schedules to this notice, set-
ting out the extent of the exemption or the nature of the
reservation as the case may be.
