Pursuant to section 3 of the State Services Act 1962, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Ronald Albert Kelly, Esquire of Wellington, to be a member of the State Services Commission from 1 January 1977 to 31 December 1982.

Appointment of Honorary Launch Warden
Pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby appoint Harold Keith Simon to be an honorary launch warden for the purposes of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962.

Appointment of Registrar of Nurseries (No. 1605 Ag. 12/16/5)
Pursuant to the Nursery Registration Regulations 1954, and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries for the purposes of the said regulations, the Director, Administration Division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby appoints Geoffrey Henry Willson to be the Registrar of Nurseries for the Gisborne Registration District, vice L. W. Scott.

Revocation of Appointment of Honorary Launch Warden
