IN the notice, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 120, 25 November 1976, page 2666, under South Island Maori Land Court District (Christchurch) line 4, for "Invercargill Wednesday 2 February 1977" read "Invercargill Wednesday 9 February 1977".

CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice headed "Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land", published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 80, page 1695, in line 4 of the Schedule, for "28.0670 hectares" read "23.0670 hectares".

Land Taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway and for Street Diversion in Connection with the Dunedin-Milton Motorway in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District, Borough of Green Island

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Milton motorway, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street diversion in connection with the Dunedin-Milton motorway.

For Motorway

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

For Street Diversion

ALL that piece of land containing 1.4 perches, being part Section 44, Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27786 (S.O. 17262) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of November 1976.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63a (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—THAMES-COROMANDEL DISTRICT COUNCIL

Section 10, Block III, Thames Survey District: area, 2.7316 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 41730).

Section 17, Block VI, Thames Survey District: area, 14.9733 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 41730).

Section 18, Block VI, Thames Survey District: area, 1.7199 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 41730).

As shown on plan N. 49/28, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
