Pork Marketing Board—Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 2, 1976

PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1973, and regulation 5 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 2, the Pork Marketing Board hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 2, 1976.

2. This notice shall be operable from the 1st day of December 1976.

3. This notice fixes the basic minimum prices for pigs, as specified in the following Schedule, delivered to export pig slaughterhouses.

45.5 kg/70 kg Weight Range

(a) North Island:

Prime grade ....... 106 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.

Choice grade ....... 96 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.

Standard grade ..... 80 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.

Mutilated grade .... 77 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.

(b) South Island:

Prime grade ....... 101 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.

Designation of North Taranaki Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Central Regional Arts Council, and on the application of the North Taranaki Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the North Taranaki Community Arts Council to be the community arts council for the following duly defined area:
