boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 10709, and along a right

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Taieri County,
bounded by a line commencing on the high-water mark
of the South Pacific Ocean at the middle of the mouth

and north-easterly up the middle of that river to a point due
west of the westernmost corner of the Town of Allanton;
thence due east to that corner and north-easterly and south-
easterly along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries
of that town to the intersection of the last-mentioned boundary

generally north-easterly along the middle of that highway to

boundaries of Sections 54, 53, 52, 51, 50, and part Section
49, Block III, and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the northern side of the Otago Central railway;
thence westerly along the northern side of that railway to
the south-western corner of Section 57, Block III, aforesaid;
thence westerly to and along the southern boundary of Section
47, Block III, aforesaid, and its production to the easternmost
