BRUNSWICK—WESTMERE RIDING
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District being portion
of the County of Waitotara bounded by a line commencing
at a point in the middle of the mouth of the Kai-iwi Stream
in Block XIV, Nukumaru S.D., and proceeding generally
north-easterly up the middle of that stream to the southern
boundary of Kai-iwi 6F6A; thence westerly along that boundary
to the south-eastern side of the Marton - New Plymouth
railway; thence generally north-easterly along that side to
and up the middle of the Kai-iwi Stream to its confluence
with the Karemu Stream; thence generally northerly up the
middle of that stream to a point in line with the northern
boundary of Section 28, Block VIII, Nukumaru S.D., to
and along that boundary and the northern boundary of
Rangitatau 1B and its production to the middle of the
Mangaone Stream, up the middle of that stream to a point
in line with the generally eastern boundary of Section 1,
Block VIII, Nukumaru S.D., to and along that boundary
and the eastern boundaries of Section 2, Block VIII, Nukumaru S.D., and the said Section 1 to the generally south-eastern
boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 4790; thence generally north-easterly
along that boundary, the southern boundaries of Lots 3
and 6, D.P. 4790, and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the middle of the Kai-iwi Stream in Block
IV, Nukumaru S.D.; thence generally north-westerly up the
middle of that stream to a point in line with the generally
western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 4471, to and generally northerly along that boundary and the western boundary of Kauarapaoa Block crossing a road to the northernmost corner
of that block; thence generally easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said block and its production to
the middle of the Otohia Stream, down the middle of that
stream and the Kauarapaoa Stream to a point in line with
the northern boundary of Kauarapaoa Block, and to and
along that boundary and its production to the middle of
the Otaumangopari Stream; thence generally south-easterly
down the middle of that stream and the Whakangaromanga
and Kauarapaoa Streams to a point in line with the northern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 7113, in Block VI, Waipakura S.D.;
thence generally westerly to and along that boundary, a right
line across Kauarapaoa Road to and along the generally
north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 7113, and the northern
boundary of Section 27, Block VI, Waipakura S.D., and its
production to the middle of the Mangaiti Stream; thence
generally southerly down the middle of that stream to and
along the western boundary of the said Section 27, the
abutment of a road, the northern and western boundaries
of Section 30, Block VI, Waipakura S.D., the northern boundary of Section 20, Block IX, Waipakura S.D., and along the
eastern side of Tokomaru East Road and the northern side
of the road forming the southern boundary of Section 19,
Block IX, Waipakura S.D., to a point in line with the eastern
boundary of Section 2, Block IX, Waipakura S.D.; thence
south-easterly to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundaries of that section to and along the northern
boundary of Tauwhare Block as shown on D.P. 11443, to
the western side of Papaiti Road, and along a right line
to the confluence of the Kauarapaoa Stream and the Wanganui River; thence generally southerly, south-westerly, and
north-westerly along the boundaries of the County of Waitotara hereinbefore described to the point of commencement;
excluding therefrom Otamatea Riding as described in Gazette,
1968, page 1178.

Boundaries of Onehunga Borough Defined
PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954, the Secretary for Local Government hereby redefines,
as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of Onehunga
Borough, the boundaries having previously been altered by
Order in Council made on 25 June 1975 and published in
the New Zealand Gazette, No. 53, 26 June 1975, p. 1418.
SCHEDULE
ONEHUNGA BOROUGH
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 760 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing
on the eastern side of Manukau Road in Block I, Otahuhu
Survey District, at the westernmost corner of Lot 1, Deeds
Plan 142, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the
south-eastern boundaries of Lot '1, D.P. 4094; Lots 12, 13,
14, and 15, D.P. 21888; Lots 8, 9A, 9B, 10, 11, 12, 13A,
and 13B, D.P. 45559; Lot 1, D.P. 53912; Lots 21 to 25 inclusive, D.P. 18933; and Lots 14 to 23 inclusive, D.P. 38538,
to the easternmost corner of that Lot 23; thence southeasterly along the north-eastern boundary of that part of
Allotment 13 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, shown
on D.P. 17358, and along the north-eastern side of Tiwai
Road to its junction with the north-western side of Campbell
Road; thence north-easterly along that north-western side of

25356, the southern end of Alfred Street, the southern boundaries of Lot 19, D.P. 61642, and Lot 1, D.P. 25356, to its
south-western corner; thence northerly along the western
boundary of the said Lot 1, to and westerly along the southern
end of Galway Street, and the southern boundary of
Lot 2, D.P. 70134, to and north-westerly along the southwestern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 70134; Lot 3,
D.P. 160132 (now public street), and Lot 2, D.P. 70577,
to the said line of mean high water; thence northerly, southerly, and westerly generally along that line of mean high
water passing under Mangere Bridge to and northerly along
the western side of Gloucester Park Road, along the western
boundary of Allotment 31, Section 21, Village of Onehunga,
