4. The road, specified in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
5. The Traffic (Ngaruawahia Borough) Notice 1966, dated the 5th day of December 1966†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Ngaruawahia Borough is hereby revoked.

Old Taupiri Road: from the northern boundary of Ngaruawahia Borough to a point 150 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Ngaere Street.
