Land Proclaimed as a Limited Access Road in Block V, Maungakawa Survey District, Piako County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as a limited access road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Piako.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block V, Maungakawa Survey District, described as follows:

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block III, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 11th day of November 1976.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 9350 square metres, situated in Block III, Waihou Survey District, being part Kurinui Block; as shown on plan S.O. 48461, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked "F".

Declaration that State Forest Land Ceases to be Part of Kaweka State Forest Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 1st day of November 1976

Present:

THE HON. J. B. GORDON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 63A (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of Kaweka State forest park by a Proclamation dated the 24th day of January 1974 and published in Gazette, 31 January 1974, Vol. 7, p. 155, hereby ceases to be part of Kaweka State forest park as from the date of publication hereof.
