Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Gisborne 1976, No. 7, and is issued contemporaneously
    with Maori Land Development Notice, Gisborne 1976, No. 8.
  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
    Act 1953.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land described as follows:

Being
3728 2 11 Mahanga 2, situated in Block XIV, East Cape
Survey District, and Blocks I, II, III, and
VI, Waiapu Survey District. Partition Order
dated 26 July 1976.

Maori Land Development Notice
Whereas by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land, described in that notice, was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellation of the land
has been changed by a subsequent order of the Maori Land
Court; and whereas it is desired to release a certain parcel
of the land from the provisions of Part XXIV and replace
the notice aforesaid by a further notice referring only to
the parcel of land which is to remain subject to Part XXIV.
Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby
gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice, Gisborne 1976, No. 8.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby revoked being replaced to the extent necessary, by
    Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1976, No. 7,
    issued contemporaneously with this notice.
  3. The land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is
    hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a
Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution,
dated 20 October 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of
the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
part of No. 41 State Highway (Taumarunui-Turangi) from
its junction with Ngapuke Road to the Kuratau River Bridge,
south abutment, as more particularly shown on sheets 1
to 5 of plan LA 41/75/2 and accompanying schedule held
in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works
and Development, Taumarunui, and there available for public
inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a
Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution,
dated 20 October 1976, and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part
of No. 56 State Highway, Kellows line to Himatangi Section,
for a 20 metre width on the northern side fronting Lot 1,
D.P. 41487, and part Section 315, all in C.T. 14B/1236,
as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 44/112/1
and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident
Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston
North, and there available for public inspection, to be a
limited access road.

Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) from its
junction with Bell Street, Ohingaiti, to its junction with
McIntyre Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and
2 of plan LA 43/11/2 and accompanying schedule held in
the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and
Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection,
to be a limited access road.

New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection,
to be a limited access road.
