PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 4th day of November 1976, subject as to the land firstly described to the drainage easement, created by transfer 594966, and to the electricity easement, created by transfers 051528.2 and 175347.1 and together with the right of way easement created by Conveyance 47074 (R. 27D/18) and subject as to the land secondly described to the electricity transmission easement created by transfer 051528.2 and to the right of way easements created by Conveyance 47074 and transfer 446874, and subject as to the land fourthly described to the building line restriction imposed by Order in Council 11214 and to electricity transmission easement 175347.1, North Auckland Land Registry.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ashburton County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Change of Purpose of a Reserve and Appointment of Scenic Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act, and further, appoints the Palmerston North City Council to be the Totara Scenic Board to have control of the said reserve.
