Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken in Block I, Ongo Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, and declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Paul Anthony Lampp, of Marton, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 078430.5 and 078430.6; that the road described in the Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Christopher Rhodes Renshaw, of Hunterville, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage 998981; also hereby declares that the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29, and that the land firstly described in the said Fourth Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in Paul Anthony Lampp, of Marton, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 078430.5 and 078430.6; that the land secondly described in the said Fourth Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in Christopher Rhodes Renshaw, of Hunterville, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 998981.
