The said minute is in the words following:

The capital of Southern Coin Machines Limited is $15,000 divided into fifteen thousand fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each having been reduced from $78,000 divided into seventy-eight thousand ordinary shares of $1 each fully paid.

The specified percentage for the sale and nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 6.46 percent.
