NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 7 of the Dilworth Trust Act 1967, read with section 36 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that application will be made to the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry, on Friday, the 26th day of November 1976, at 10 a.m., or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, by the DILWORTH TRUST BOARD, being a board of trustees incorporated under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, of Erin Street, Epsom, Auckland, for an order, pursuant to section 7 of the Dilworth Trusts Act 1967, read with sections 32 and 33 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, approving of a scheme prepared by the applicant trust board for the variation and clarification of the powers of the said board in relation to the leasing of its property, and the borrowing of money for its purposes, and the determination of the maximum remuneration of members of the said board.
