THE liquidator of W. J. Taylor & Co. (1967) Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 12th day of November 1976 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts and claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 7 of the Dilworth Trust Act 1967, read with section 36 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that application will be made to the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry, on Friday, the 26th day of November 1976, at 10 a.m., or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, by the DILWORTH TRUST BOARD, being a board of trustees incorporated under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, of Erin Street, Epsom, Auckland, for an order, pursuant to section 7 of the Dilworth Trusts Act 1967, read with sections 32 and 33 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, approving of a scheme prepared by the applicant trust board for the variation and clarification of the powers of the said board in relation to the leasing of its property, and the borrowing of money for its purposes, and the determination of the maximum remuneration of members of the said board. Fuller details of the said scheme may be obtained on application to the undersigned at the address for service hereinafter referred to, at which address a copy of the scheme is available for the perusal of any interested party. Any person desirous of opposing the said scheme must give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the above-mentioned Court at Auckland, to the Attorney-General at Wellington, and to the trustees of the said Dilworth Trust Board at their address for service care of Messrs Jackson Russell Tunks & West, Solicitors, 23 Shortland Street, Auckland 1, not less that 7 clear days before the said date for hearing, namely the 26th day of November 1976.
