The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 5, 1976
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 5, 1976.
  2. The road, specified in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1969, dated the 11th day of July 1969†, under regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to a road situated within Franklin County at Big Bay is hereby revoked.
    SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Franklin County, at Big Bay:

Big Bay Road: from a point 1610 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Hudson Road to the northern terminal point of Big Bay Road.

The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1976
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1976.
  2. The roads, specified in the First Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The road, specified in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  4. The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 2, 1975, dated the 9th day of December 1975†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to a road situated within the Bay of Islands County at Haruru Falls is hereby revoked.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Bay of Islands County at Haruru Falls:
    Causeway Road.
    Falls View Road.
    Goffe Drive.
    Haruru Falls Road: from Blackbridge-Paihia Road to a point 320 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Blackbridge Paihia Road.
    Old Wharf Road.
    Wilson Road.
    Yorke Road.
    SECOND SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Bay of Islands County at Haruru Falls:
    Blackbridge-Paihia Road: from Haruru Falls Road to Yorke Road.
