Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Rotorua County Council on the tenth day of August 1976:
That in exercise of the powers conferred on it, by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Rotorua County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said county in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a public reserve for esplanade purposes within the meaning of the said Act.

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the Waipu Cove Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 4, 1976
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 4, 1976.
2. The roads, specified in the Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 2, 1971, dated the 10th day of June 1971†, under regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to road situated within Franklin County at Glenbrook Beach is hereby revoked.
