HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 (2) and subject to sections 176 to
182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby authorises Wellcome N.Z. Ltd. to
reclaim from the bed of the Tamaki River an area of 624
square metres, more or less, of Crown land as shown on
plan MD (N) 180, and deposited in the office of the Ministry
of Transport at Auckland.

effect from 1 October 1976.

Captain D. P. Watt, B.D.S., to be temp. Major, with effect
from 8 December 1975.
Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth Marshall Young, B.D.S.,
F.D.S.R.C.S., from the Royal Dental Corps (Rtd.), is appointed
to a regular dental commission for an initial period of five
years, in the rank of Major, with seniority from 9 September
1970 and effect from 9 September 1976.
