A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street purposes and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 21st day of October 1976.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5.7 perches, situated in
the City of Wellington, being part Section 203 on the plan
of the City of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 190,
folio 250.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of October 1976.

of Cromwell and the County of Vincent

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
revoke the Proclamation, dated the 3rd day of August 1976,
and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 90, 12 August
1976, at page 1865, and deposited in the Land Registry Office
at Dunedin as No. 464356, taking land for works, appliances,
and conveniences necessary, directly or indirectly, for the
generation of electricity in the Borough of Cromwell and
the County of Vincent, insofar as it affects the land described
in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in the Town of Cromwell,
and described as follows:

Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the District
of Waitomo as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 21st day of October 1976.
