A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Waiwera motorway, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1976.
FIRST SCHEDULE
North Auckland Land District ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, described as follows:

0 1 0.8 Lot 4, D.P. 52464. All certificate of title, No. 13A/366, North Auckland Land Registry.
0 0 32 Lot 8, D.P. 52464. All certificate of title, No. 13A/369, North Auckland Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
North Auckland Land District ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, described as follows:

2.3722 Part Allotment 217, Parish of Waiwera; marked "A" on plan. 0.0246 Part Lot 15, D.P. 43450; marked "B" on plan. 0.0068 Part Lot 14, D.P. 43450; marked "C" on plan.
As shown on plan (S.O. 51463), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon marked as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of September 1976.

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1976.

South Auckland Land District ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block XV, Cambridge Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Pahiatua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 7th day of October 1976.

Wellington Land District ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District, described as follows:

ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 27th day of September 1976 Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 8 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the width of the proposed access way described in the Schedule hereto shall be more than 3.7 metres, but not more than 4.025 metres.
SCHEDULE
Taranaki Land District ALL that proposed access way containing 229 square metres, being Lot 45, D.P. 11684, situated in the Borough of Hawera, being part Notice No. 176341, Taranaki Land Registry.
