Land and Easements over Land Taken for Waterworks, in
Block III, Makotuku Survey District, Waimarino County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land, described in the First
Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for waterworks and that
a right of way easement, in terms of paragraph 1 of the
Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby
taken for waterworks over the land, described in the Second
Schedule hereto, and that a right to convey water, in terms
of paragraph 2 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, together with the additional rights set out in
paragraph 5 of the said Schedule is hereby taken for waterworks over the land, described in the Third Schedule hereto,
and that the said land and easements shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Raetihi as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of
October 1976.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block III, Makotuku
Survey District, described as follows:

office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon
marked C.
