Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1976, No. 16.
  2. The land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

The Road Classification (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1976

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1976.
  2. The Franklin County Council's proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  3. So much of the notice, dated the 13th day of May 1954†, which relates to the classification of the road, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
