Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work and not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land, described in the Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6650 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Orahiri Survey District, being part Orahiri 1, Section 31; as shown on plan S.O. 48550, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked 'A'.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of August 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for road and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of September 1976.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38.6 perches, situated in Block VI, Kumeu Survey District, and being part Ongarahu A 3B6 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 46026, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, the 31st day of August 1976.
