The Wellington Abattoir District shall comprise all that area for the time being comprised in the cities of Lower Hutt, Porirua, Upper Hutt, and Wellington; the Boroughs of Eastbourne, Kapiti, Levin, and Tawa; and the County of Hutt.

The Wellington City Corporation shall continue to be the controlling authority of the Wellington abattoir.

This notice shall come into force on 1 February 1976.

Declaration of Vehicle With Motor Cycle Controls to be a Motor Cycle
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Transport Act 1962, the Secretary for Transport hereby declares that the vehicle described in the Schedule hereto, having motor cycle controls, is a motor cycle for the purposes of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
THE three-wheeled vehicle with motor cycle controls and a Volkswagen engine bearing the No. 8724590, which was manufactured in 1975 by Mr S. D. Griffiths of Glenfield.

Revoking Declaration of State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the notice declaring public highways to be State highways dated 9 March 1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, Vol. I, p. 384, is hereby revoked in so far as it affects the portion of State highway described in the Schedule hereto.

Alteration in Frequency of Sittings in the Magistrates’ Courts, Hawera and Patea
PURSUANT to section 22 (1) of the Magistrate’s Court Act 1947, the Minister of Justice has approved that as from 1 February 1976 the Magistrate’s Court, Hawera, shall sit on 3 days every month and the Magistrate’s Court, Patea, shall sit on 1 day every 2 months.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Pikes Point East Reclamation
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has received an environmental impact report on the proposal to reclaim land at Pikes Point, Manukau Harbour, Auckland. Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the project, as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington North, until 27 February 1976.
