1. The Wellington Abattoir District shall comprise all that area for the time being comprised in the cities of Lower Hutt, Porirua, Upper Hutt, and Wellington; the Boroughs of Eastbourne, Kapiti, Levin, and Tawa; and the County of Hutt.

2. The Wellington City Corporation shall continue to be the controlling authority of the Wellington abattoir.

3. This notice shall come into force on 1 February 1976.

Revoking Declaration of State Highway
